Shipping
We ship by United Parcel Service whenever possible, or motor freight when
weights warrant it.
Overnight and two-day delivery are also possible. Customers can also arrange to
pick up orders at our corporate offices.
Freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to
the invoice total. Insurance is extra.
Returns
Hangabanner stands behind our products and will make good on any products
proven defective in materials and workmanship.
Hangabanner does not accept unauthorized returns. To return goods, first speak
with a customer service representative to obtain a return authorization.
Request for a return authorization must be made within 10 days of receipt of
the goods, or else a 15% restocking charge will be applied.
